PRIVACY POLICY
Rajasthani Shilp reserves the rights not to allow anyone to reproduce or distribute any content from its’ website. It also prohibits anyone from further selling the products being sold on the website. The logo is of our registered Brand Supushp and is prohibited from being reproduced or copied.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
We at Rajasthani Shilp try to describe each one of our products as accurately as possible. However, there might be a slight difference of color due to photography effects and how your monitor is calibrated. If you find any variation in the color of the products, it shall not be a valid ground for any complaint/dispute.
TERMS OF PAYMENT
Rajasthani Shilp accepts COD on all domestic orders against a nominal shipping fee. The product shall be handed over only after the payment has been made. There shall be no returns/refunds on Made To Order garments.
CREDIT/DEBIT CARD
You acknowledge and confirm that the credit/debit card details provided by you is correct and accurate and that the card is lawfully owned by you. As we do not have access to any of the information/details pertaining to the credit card, Rajasthani Shilp is not responsible for any fraudulent transaction done by anyone illegally.
GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
Any dispute related in any way to your visit to this website or to products you purchase from us shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India and the courts at Jaipur Rajasthan India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction over this agreement and the arbitration proceedings if any in relation to the agreement.
