Shipping Policy :

Domestic:

All the orders are processed and dispatched within 2-3 working days. In case the product is out of stock, same will be dispatched within 7-10 working days.

Customised orders take upto 7-10 working days before dispatch.

Orders are delivered within 5-7 Working Days post dispatch depending on your location in India. In some cases, it may take longer to receive the shipment depending on your accessibility.

Shipping charges in India remains INR 100, irrespective of the weight and order size. However, shipping is free on orders above INR 5000.

Cash on delivery (COD) is available for areas where our service is available.

In case you choose a COD and we are not able to process it, the same shall be conveyed within 24 working hours of order placement.

If the package received is opened or in a bad condition, or the packaging is damaged or tempered with, do not accept the shipment and return back the shipment to the delivery person and report us the issue immediately.

Anything missing or damaged in the order must be informed us on the same day of delivery received.

International:

We provide international shipping however not yet through our website. You can select the items and drop us an email on mailsupushp@gmail.com or Whatsapp us on +91-9929613130 to check the shipping charges or anything about the product, etc. We shall process your order from our end.

Payments are done through net banking.
