Return/Exchange Policy
1) We strive hard to match your expectations hence do not take returns on a purchase unless the product received by you is damaged. Returns/Exchange is only applicable on products with any kind of major defects like torned fabric, etc, that shall only be considered if the customer shares parcel opening video as we check the product prior dispatch. In case video is not taken, we shall not considered it for return/exchange. Please make parcel opening video once you recieve the order. Minor handloom handcrafted defects are not considered for returns or exchange.
2) Defects are not considered in case
a) There is a slight design variance in the product as all the items are handcrafted
b) There is a slight difference in the actual color shade of the product as compared to the image as that might appear due to photography as every monitor tunes differently
c) The customer does not like the product, or the material or color of the product. Please read the details of the product before placing the order
3) Customized orders are not considered for return.
4) In case of return, we will add the balance in your Rajasthanishilp Account which will be valid for 1 month from the day we receive back the product. Refunds are not applicable.
5) Sale/discounted items are not applicable for returns or exchange.
6) Products with any kind of major defects needs be reported within 12 hours of delivery. Any communication received after 12 hours of delivery will not be acceptable for return/exchange and will be automatically rejected.
7) In the event of an exchange or return, the buyer shall have to bear the shipping cost from the destination to Rajasthani Shilp warehouse. The exchanged piece shipping will be borne by us. Please note that we do not provide for return courier pickup facility, customer has to manage it. Customer needs to send back the product/s to return address mentioned below. Please update us with the courier receipt as soon as you dispatch the product back for tracking purpose.
8) Further, an item can be exchanged only once. No exchange will be accepted post one time exchange.
